The World Bank, in cooperation with related locations and international partners of development, is assisting the Government of Timor-East in regard to their youth population. As part of this assistance, the World Bank has prepared this report -- one among three reports -- Timor-Leste : Developing Youth Employment and Markets. This note summarizes the conclusions and options presented in this latest report.
